Malfunctions / 

troubleshooting

 

 

Before contacting the service office of 

the furniture manufacturing company, 

please try the following in the event of 

a malfunction:

 

 

Check to ensure that the control 

unit is connected to the mains 

supply (power socket).

 

 

Check (e.g. with a lamp) that the 

power socket actually works (fuse).

 

 

Replace the batteries of the radio 

remote control (see page 10).

 

 

Carry out the teach-in process 

again (see page 11).

 

 

Reset the control unit to the default 

settings (see page 13) and then 

carry out the teach-in process again 

(see page 11).
