Use a ½" (13mm) wrench
to remove the bolt securing the
armrest on each side of the seat.

2. Position the armrest at the
desired height and replace the
bolt, without forgetting the flat
washer and the lock washer.
3. Adjust both sides the same way.
Adjust the armrest height from 6

depending on the length of
the user’s arm. Adjust the armrest height so that the user’s forearms
are supported (elbows at 90 degrees) to relax their shoulders.
