3. Attach the bike seat adapter

M6 bolts

the bolts

until they are hand tight (5
Nm). Use hex wrench 4 for this.
4. Now attach the bike seat to the
bike seat adapter. Consult the
instructions for the bike seat for further
information.
PLEASE NOTE
• Keep the caps from the base plate in a
safe place in case you no longer wish
to use the bike seat adapter. They can
then be used to close the screw holes.
• Check regularly that the bike seat
adapter is still firmly attached to the
base plate of the Lovens Explorer. A
loose adapter can lead to instability
and/or hazardous situations.

3.3 After use
• Do not leave children in the cargo bike
unattended. The bike may fall over,
which can lead to injuries.
3.3.1 Cleaning
• Clean the bike seat adapter with a
damp cloth and/or a soft brush. Do not
use cleaning products containing soap
or chemicals.
