Setting the time
Setting the time (local time)
Pull out the crown to position 2.
Turn the crown downwards to move the minute hand clockwise.
It is advisable to set the time in a clockwise direction only.
Setting the date
Pull out the crown to position 1.
Turn the crown downwards to move the date forwards.
The date should not be changed between 10:00 pm and 2:00 am.
Setting the time (second time zone)
Press the two push buttons on the left side of the watch.
Press push button A once to move the GMT hand forward one hour.
Press push button B once to move the GMT hand back one hour.
