and still can't connect, check the following:
Have you installed USB drivers for the video monitor? See question above for details.
Is the video monitor connected to your computer using a USB cable? The monitor will
say USB PC CAMERA MODE on the screen when it is connected. The video monitor
must be connected via the USB cable to access the video over Skype.
Have you created a separate Skype account for the video monitor? You must create a
separate account for the video monitor so you can call it using your personal Skype
account.
Have you added your personal Skype account to the Contacts list for the video monitor's
Skype account?
Have you enabled the video monitor Skype account to auto-answer incoming calls? See
the instructions below for PC.
To enable Skype to auto-answer incoming calls (PC):

Tools>Options
