WARRANTY (CONT.)
Warranty claims must be sent to Huskie Tools or Authorized Warranty Repair Center for
evaluation, authorization, and repair.
• Product return to Huskie Tools or an Authorized Warranty Repair Center, freight prepaid
and insured, is required.
• Huskie Tools and Authorized Warranty Repair Center contact information can be found at
https://huskietools.com/resources/repairs-and-returns.
• Warranty claims being sent directly to Huskie Tools must obtain a Return Goods
Authorization (RGA) prior to shipping the item. An RGA request can be initiated by
contacting Huskie Tools at 800-860-6170, [email protected] or online using link above.
• Warranty claims being sent to an Authorized Warranty Repair Center should contact the
selected repair center for information on their specific return/repair process.
• Tools repaired under Warranty will be returned to customer freight prepaid.
• Warranty repairs are warranted for one (1) year or balance of original warranty period,
whichever is longer.
Non-Warranty repairs are to be handled using the same procedure above, with the following
exceptions:
• A Non-Warranty repair estimate will be provided prior to initiating repair, unless otherwise
directed by the customer.
• Customers are allowed 60-days to approve repair estimates. If customer approval is not
provided within that timeframe, the tool will be removed from our system and recycled.
• Customers requesting return of unrepaired tools will be assessed a $35 repair estimate
fee. Estimate fees are waived if tool is to be recycled by Huskie, or if customer purchases a
new tool.
• For liability reasons, any unrepaired tools will remain disassembled when being returned
to customers.
• Customers are responsible for return freight charges for non-warranty repaired or unrepaired
tools.
• Non-warranty tool repairs receive a one ( 1) year warranty on labor and parts replaced at
time of repair.
