FITTING THE ADAPTORS

Position the two adaptor flasks into the bearing
seats in the frame then screw the 3x M5 x 60
screws to the recommended torque (5 Nm) in
order to lock the whole assembly.
Screw FHC M5x60mm (x5)
Torque 5Nm
Right adaptor (threading on the
left 1.37x24TPI)
Flask pierced with 3 holes to for

Fitting the BSC adaptors:
For compatibility reasons, a BSC threaded bottom bracket can be fitted to a frame created for a ZED
crankset. To do this, there are adaptors to be fitted instead of the 6810 bearings as shown in figure 12.
Attention:
• This operation requires specific tools, it is essential that it is completed by a specialist Look
retailer.
• After fitting the crankset and bearings, check that the interior bearing seats in the bottom
bracket of the frame are clear of any dust or other particles that could damage the adaptors.
• The M5x60mm screws must be tightened to the recommended torque: 5Nm.
