Troubleshooting
Most problems can be solved without professional help.
All other problems should be referred to a Lomac approved repair shop.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
• The device has been running
for too long (thermoswitch
for safety)
• Error in the controls
• The connected sanitary
attachments are leaky
(valve, cistern)
• The check valve is not tight
• The vent hole in the lid is
blocked
• The drain is to high
or long or too much elbow
(loss of pressure)
• The pump floor is blocked
• The device is not connected
• The socket is damaged

Upgrading
WARNING: Motor or electrical part repairs should
only be carried out by an approved professional.
Disconnect the device from the mains before the
procedure.
a. Removing the macerator from
the toilet bowl.
• Close the corner valve intake and remove most of
the water from the toilet bowl
• Disconnect the pressure mains.
• Disconnect the supply line.
• Separate the device from the toilet.
b. Foreign matter
Remove through the Toilet intake with the help
of a screwdriver or steel wire.
Be careful not to pierce the rubber gasket.
WARNING: The blades are very sharp,
do not insert hands into the device.
