First Time Use
1. Make sure the ON/OFF switch is set to Off
(OFF can be seen on the switch).
2. Lubricate the cutting blades with a couple
of drops of oil before using the unit for
the first time and before using it on each
further occasion.
Charging Before Use
You can charge the unit in 2 ways:
• Put the hair clipper on the
charging base. Connect
the charging base to the
mains socket with the
adapter.
• Connect the hair clipper
to the mains socket directly with the
adapter.
After initial use, do not charge the
unit for longer than 8 hours. To
avoid mangling the battery, do not
extend the charging time.
• For first time use, charge the hair
clipper for 10 hours.
• While charging, the indicator
light shows red. When charging
is completed, the indicator light
shows green.
• When the appliance battery is
almost empty, the indicator light
will flash red.
