Lock Setting
To access all the LOCK menu options, you must enter the password. Enter the default password “1234” for first time use. To
change the pin code, refer to “Change Pin Code”.
Lock System
The Lock System is designed to prevent accidental re-tuning of the TV / losing of channels and to prevent children from watching
unsuitable programmes.
The Lock System must be set to On for this function to operate. If the Lock is set to On, a valid pin code must be entered when
you accessing and of the feature in the Channel menu and Reset TV Setting in the Feature menu.
1. In the Feature menu select Lock.

3. Once you have switched Lock Channel On you will be able to access Parental
Guidance and Change Pin Code.
• Parental Guidance allows you to set a recommended viewing age for
programmes (this is now always broadcast so may not work). This can be set from
age 4 to 18 or set to Off.
4. Press the MENU button to return to the previous menu.
5. Press the EXIT button to exit the menu.
The default password is “1234”.
If you change the password, be sure to remember the new
password! If you forget the new password, enter the master
password“8899”.
