 Preparation

Setting up your phone 

Press the 

SET/

STO

 button to access the telephone setup menu. Then, press the 

   button to cycle through the options.

Setting up Time and Date

To display the correct time and date, you will need to follow the steps 

below. If you have subscribe to a Caller Display service, the time and date 

will be set automatically on receipt of your first incoming call.
1.  In standby mode, press the 

SET/

STO

 button to display “SET 1 DATE”. Press the 

SET/

STO

 button again to confirm. 

2.  The year icon will flash. Press the     button to set the year. Press the 

SET/

STO

 button to confirm.

3.  The month icon will flash. Press the     button to set the month. 

Press the 

SET/

STO

 button to confirm.

4.  The date icon will flash. Press the     button to set the date. Press the 

SET/

STO

 button to confirm.

5.  The hour icon will flash. Press the     button to set the hour. Press 

the 

SET/

STO

 button to confirm.

6.  The minute icon will flash. Press the     button to set the minute. 

Press the 

SET/

STO

 button to confirm. 

7.  Now, the LCD display screen will show “SET 2 LCD”. You may continue 

setting up the phone or press the DEL button to exit the setup menu.

Setting up LCD Contrast

1.  When the” SET 2 LCD” is displayed on the LCD display screen, press the 

SET/

STO

 button to confirm.

2.  Press the     button to select the best viewing contrast level (1-8). 

The default setting is 3.

The telephone will time out if you leave more than 8 seconds between key presses.
