User’s Step-by-Step Installation

Place Green Rechargeable batteries in the 
compartment on the bottom of the base unit.  

Make sure to turn ON/OFF switch to ON.  You 
will hear the announcement “Running on 
Battery Power.”  Unit will do so until the AC 
Adapter pwer supply is plugged in.

Place spare pendant 
Lithum Ion battery in 
the charger on the 
front of the base unit.

 

Place one Lithium Ion battery into 
the pendant by unscrewing the 
cap and inserting FLAT SIDE UP.

As soon as cap is tightened, the 
red light flashes as the pendant 
does a self-check and announces 
the battery status.

1

Plug the AC Adapter power 
cord into the power jack and 
twist right to lock.

Plug one end of the supplied phone cord 
into the “Line In” jack.  Connect the other 
end into the wall (or modem)phone jack.

(OPTIONAL) Plug the 
telephone into the the 
“To House Phone” jack.

1. Press the Blue Button 

for 4 seconds to send test 

alarm

2. The Red light will flash.  

You will hear dialing 

and other sounds as the 

alarm is sent.

3.  When the operator 

answers, just tell them 

you are testing.

4.  Once you speak to 

the operator,  setup is 

complete!

Button for 4 seconds, or 

until you hear two beeps.  

This test informs of base/

pendant communication, 

telephone line detection, 

and battery status.

Perform this test every other 

week or if the INFO light is 

blinking.

(Make sure charging light 
turns RED, indicating 
that the charger is ON 
and that the battery is 
being charged.)
