Note:
When installing the Head Track Section the Locking Lever Arm Cable that is
attached to the Locking Lever Arm of the Head Track Section needs to be run through the
inside of the winch track section

so it ends up just above the hand winch assembly.
Install head track section

which includes installed trolley

onto track joiner

winch track section

, and fasten to surface using a minimum of four M10 bolts
through mounting straps.
To attach winch cable to trolley unwind aproximately half of the cable on the winch.
Remove small plate above nylon pulley wheel on head track section

run winch cable up through track section

& head

and over pulley and down to trolley

. Attach winch cable to welded D ring at top of trolley

with D shackle
supplied & replace previously removed plate above nylon pulley wheel.
Wind excess winch cable back onto winch neatly until weight of trolley places tension on winch rope. At this point the Trolley
should be sitting on the Locking Lever Arm.
If equipment mounting bracket

has not been installed onto trolley, attach with the four hex head bolts centrally located on
the trolley.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ADJUST FOUR HEX HEAD SCREWS ON OUTER CORNERS OF THE TROLLEY
Attach power cable (it is recommended to use flexible cable) onto trolley by wrapping cable around tube bracket

. Pass cable up behind tube bracket wrapping from right to left around tube bracket a minimum of three turns and
then pass cable through cable gland (supplied by others) in equipment mounting bracket

, tighten cable gland.
When cable installation is complete install peaked Cable Cover

onto track section above winch and slide down onto stoppers
that are welded into the sides of the track.
