Location
Temperature
The remote control has a built-in sensor that senses the ambient temperature.
For optimum temperature sensing, the remote control must never be located
close to the front of the heat pump, since it would then be disturbed by the air
fl ow induced by the heat pump.
Testing
When the remote control is in place, you can test whether the signal reaches
the indoor part of the heat pump by sending a command using one of the
buttons on the front of the remote control. It is important for the area between
the heat pump and remote control to be clear during testing.
The location the remote control is correct if the heat pump starts when any of
the buttons is pressed.

White button
Sends the following settings to your heat pump:
+8 degrees C, fan speed: 5, air swing: 1.

Green button
Sends the following settings to your heat pump:
+20 degrees C, fan speed: 5, air swing: 1.

Location
The remote control is equipped with two effective IR transmitters – one on the front that sends the signal straight
forward and one on the top that sends the signal straight up. The transmitter on the top gives excellent results if the
remote control is located under the indoor part of the heat pump. The total range of the remote control is 7 metres
and the remote control can be wall-mounted on the bracket supplied.
