Button
Symbol
Function description
Scale
1. Press the Scale button once to select scale
function.
2. Long press Scale button to exit scale function.
Reverse
1. Press the Reverse button once to reverse the
motor direction. The speed range is 1-3.
2. Long press the button to return to the normal
direction of motor.
Steam
1. Press the button Steam to enter the Steam
programm.
Time : 20 minutes default time, can be adjusted
from 1 to 60 minutes.
Temperature : 120°C default time can be adjusted
to 100°C and 110°C.
Speed : no speed for this function.
Countdown will start when the temperature rises
95°C.
2. Press the rotary knob to start the Steam program.
Dough
1. Press the Muffin button once to enter the Dough
function.
Time : 3 minutes, can be adjusted from 2 to 4
minutes.
Speed : 1, can be adjusted from 1 to 2.
Temperature : can be adjusted from 0 to 37°C
The appliance mixes 29 seconds, stops 1 second,
starts again in reverse way and stops 1 second.
2 cycles will run.
2. Press the rotary knob to start the Dough program.
Time
1. Press the Time button once to set the time
required, adjustable from 0 to 90 minutes.
2. Set the seconds then press the Time button once
to go to the minute setting.
3. Turn the rotary control to confirm the time.
Temperature
1. Press the Temperature button once to set the
required temperature, adjustable from 37 ° C to 120
° C.
2. Adjust the temperature with by turning the rotary
control button then press the Temperature button
once to confirm the temperature.
