The 8-UP platen has the same outer dimensions as the Epson® 16x20 platen. It is not however exactly 16x20

inches but 16.47”x 20.49”. The ½” grid pattern on Garment Creator® can therefore throw you off if you are

placing images exactly in the 4x4 grid. It is highly recommended to do test prints on rags, paper, or right on the

platen prior to loading actual garments.
