Take the Parts
1. Remove the legs (A) , middle leg (B) and Hardware (C D E F) with Plastic washer (G) from the bottom of chair.

Attach Legs
1. Put the Lock washer (D) on the Bolt (B) and then put the Flat washer (C) in the order show in the picture.
2. Attach the Leg (A) into the seat holes, by inserting the bolts (B) into the leg holes, then tighten with the Allen key (E).
