TO ADJUST THE
SADDLE HEIGHT:
Rotating the knob to loosen the
screw, then pull out the knob and
adjust the saddle to a comfortable
pedaling position. Lock the screw
by rotating knob clockwise until it
tightens.
TO ADJUST THE SADDLE
LIVESTRONGTAL
POSITION:
Unscrew the saddle slider pin and
pull out the knob to slide the saddle
forward or backward as desired.
Re-apply the quick release lever and
screw clockwise to lock. Test the
saddle slide for proper operation.
