to provide you with guidelines to ensure that operation of this product is safe 
and does not pose risk to the user. Any use that does not conform to the 
guidelines described in this User Guide may void the limited warranty.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

WARNING! Please read and understand all safety precautions and instructions before operating this 
equipment. Failure to properly operate and maintain the bath lift could result in injury to the operator 
or damage to the lift. Keep this user guide for future reference.

General Safety Information

•  Hand control should only be used to operate the lift.
•  The bath lift should only use the provided hand control. We do not recommend connecting a third-party 
   hand control to the unit as this could cause damage and will void your limited warranty.
•  Never throw the hand control or store it near a heat source.
•  Do not attempt to open up the hand control.
•  Do not use the hand control if it is damaged.
•  Use only provided battery charger to charge the battery.
•  Use the battery charger outside of the bathroom.
•  

Caution: Make sure the battery is fully charged before using the lift for the first time. Charge the 

    battery after each use. If the bath lift has not been in use for long periods of time, the battery should 
    be recharged every three (3) months.

•  When using bath oils and salts, please use recommended dosage on the packaging. An unnecessary large 
   quantity of bath oils and salts can affect the mechanism of the lift.
•  Do not use any acetic acid cleaners or detergents for cleaning the lift. If you find any signs of damage to the 
   product, do not use the bath lift and contact an authorized specialist immediately.
•  Do not use any objects on the bath lift that could get stuck in the mechanism.

Precautions for Hand Control and Battery Charger

•  Hand control should only be used to operate the lift.
•  The bath lift should only use the provided hand control. We do not recommend connecting a third-party 
   hand control to the unit as this could cause damage and will void your limited warranty.
•  Never throw the hand control or store it near a heat source.
•  Do not attempt to open up the hand control.
•  Do not use the hand control if it is damaged.
•  Use only provided battery charger to charge the battery.
•  Use the battery charger outside of the bathroom.

•  Do not insert any conductive objects into the socket of the hand control.
•  Always disconnect plug from the socket before cleaning the battery charger.
•  Handle with care. Make sure to not drop the battery, battery charger or drive unit.

Important Safety Procedures

•  Before using the bath lift, run a test to make sure the raising, lowering, and Emergency stop functions are 
   working properly.
