Error Message:
“There is an error establishing communication with the device” or
“Failed to retrieve diagnostic data.”
Test Wand Battery — Press and release both RESET buttons. Note how long the green light stays on.
How long does green light stay on?
Replace the 9V Battery.
Retry communication.
Verify Connections:
Disconnect power cord from wall outlet.
Verify connection of Wand cable and Computer
cable.
Proceed with session.
Verify that the Wand is placed directly over the Generator site. Rotate Wand
45 degrees (slight pressure may be applied).
If during surgery, verify that pocket depth is not greater than 1 inch.
Verify that Wand is 3-4 feet away from all electronic equipment and
computers (including Programming Computer).
Retry test.
