Caution:
For Models 103, 104, and 105 Pulse Generators, during the
Generator Diagnostics
on a device with the output current set to 0.0
mA the Programming Software will deliver only a 0.25 mA pulse to
assess the impedance value. If the device output is programmed
greater than 0.0 mA, the Pulse Generator will deliver a 0.25 mA pulse
followed by stimulation at programmed settings.
Caution:
For Models 100, 101, and 102 Pulse Generators, if either the
System Diagnostics or the Generator Diagnostics is interrupted, the
output current may be left at 0 mA or 1 mA. See “Interrupted System
and Generator Diagnostics” on page 31.
4.2.3.
Program Patient Data screen
A three-character patient identification code (to be selected by the
physician) and the implant date become a permanent part of the Device
History when they are programmed into the Pulse Generator.
To enter the Patient ID and implant date, first select the
Program Patient
Data
button on the PARAMETER Screen Menu. The PROGRAM
PATIENT DATA Screen will appear, as shown in Figure 27 on page 44.
Enter the Patient ID by tapping the Set Patient ID To field and then typing
the ID on the soft keyboard at the bottom of the screen.

The implant date can be entered by tapping the downward-pointing arrow
in the Set Implant Date To field and then tapping the right- or left-pointing
arrows to scroll to the appropriate month and year. As you tap the correct
