surprising even if the pitch amplitudes stay short and if a
flight incident occurs, the return to a normal flight is spon-
taneous.
We are putting videos on line of asymmetrical and symme-
trical collapses, full stall, deep stall and spiral dive and
that for every size. This is made to propose an airworthiness
certificate for the Ginseng.
Paramotor and winch towing :
All sizes of Ginseng can be flown with a motor or be winch
towed.
We strongly suggest to the interested pilots to follow the
advices of an accustomed professional knowing the with
the rules of flying with the Ginseng with a motor or a winch.
CHOOSING YOUR GINSENG
The choice of the size of your Ginseng will be made in func-
tion of two criteria : The technical level of the pilot and what
kind of flights he wishes to do.
The charts below will allow you to better visualize the requested
level for each Ginseng size and chosen kind of flying.
Here’s a few definitions :
Beginner : Pilot learning or flying not much more than 50 times a year.
Intermediate : Pilot flying 50 hrs per year in different spots and conditions.
Expert : Pilot flying at least 100hrs/year all spots and conditions
Wing Load : All up weighting kg divided by the flat surface in square meters (m2)
All up weight :Total weight including the pilot and all his equipment.
All up weight light = light wing load : Dampened wing behavior, less reactive glider and longer brake travel.
All up weight Mid = Mid wing load : More vivid roll behavior, increased brake control reactivity with a bit more inertia, higher
speeds at every level.
All up weight Heavy = Heavy wing load : Immediate response at first brake touch, very high precision, very fast in flight
speeds at any level, short brake travel.
CONCLUSION
We sincerely wish that your Ginseng will be up to your ex-
pectations.
The pleasure of flying is the engine of our activity.
Don’t jump any steps of the learning process, check out
your mental state and your technical level of the day before
each flight.
A well taken care of wing will definitely have a longer life
and can be better sold when used. In this case do not forget
regular check-ups of your Ginseng : every 100hrs of flying
time or every 2 years (1 year if for professional use ) witch
ever comes first in a LittleCloud certified repair shop.
We stay at your full disposition to answer any question you
might have regarding the Speed Wing and its use.
The LittleCloud Team : Tom, Manu and Jérôme wishes you
lots of happy flights with your Spiruline !
