Knock out hole on access plate to allow
power into the fixture. (For stem mounting,
use the center knockout. Attach stem rod
through 7/8” knockout hole.)
4.
Attach and secure NEC approved strain relief.
5.
Attach black wire to black port on luminaire
disconnect.

Must use 18 AWG or larger Solid Wire
6.
Attach white wire to white port on luminaire
disconnect.

Must use 18 AWG or larger Solid Wire
7.
Attach green ground wire to green ground
screw on the access plate.
8.
Secure access plate to fixture.
