For the implementation of maintenance measures, a workshop equipment appropriate for the work
is absolutely necessary.
1.3.
Choice of personnel and - qualification; fundamental obligations
1.3.1
Only qualified personnel who have reached the age of 18 may be employed with independent
operation. All persons must be instructed in the operation and be expressly assigned with the
operation by the employer.
1.3.2
Specify the responsibilities of the personnel for operating, setting up, maintaining and repairing.
1.3.3
Ensure that that only assigned personnel will become active at the machine.
1.3.4
The operator must wear personal safety equipment such as safety shoes, safety gloves and
goggles, which correspond to the safety regulations.
1.3.5
The unnecessary stay in the work area is prohibited! Expel persons not working with the machine
from the work area. Lock the work area if necessary.
1.3.6
The operator must ensure with all movements that he does not endanger himself and other persons.
All obstructions which hinder the work procedure or the implementation of the machine must be
removed at the place of work.
1.3.8
Work on the electrical equipment on the machine may only be carried out by a qualified electrician
or by trained personnel under the management and supervision of a qualified electrician.
1.3.9
Establish the responsibility of the machine operator, also in respect to traffic regulations, and
enable him to refuse to follow instructions by third parties that may compromise safety!
1.4.
Safety notes regarding the operating phases
1.4.1.
Transport, assembly and installation
1.4.1.1
Considering the maximum operating weight, lifting operations should be made exclusively by
crane.
1.4.1.2
Transport may only take place, if all parts at the machine are tightened and dropping of individual
parts is impossible.
1.4.1.2
The attachment of the dry extraction must be implemented by 2 persons.
