OPERATION
5.1.
Start preparations
Danger!
All obstacles must be removed from the work area and sufficient lighting must be provided
In order to use the dry extraction in a safe and intended manner, the following conditions must be
fulfilled:
The dry extraction must be firmly connected to the joint cutter
The support legs of the dry extraction must be in the uppermost position
All hydraulic connections are tight and are connected to the joint cutter
The control line is connected to the joint cutter
The suction connection of the dry extraction is connected to the blade guard of the joint
cutter
Check the dry extraction for damages, loose screw connections and for the completeness of
the attachments parts
5.2.
Filter operation
Caution!
Do no hold and articles or body parts into the suction flow of the dry extraction. The dry extraction
is exclusively suitable for the dry extraction of cutting dust in connection with air.
The dry extraction is operated via the joint cutter.
The compressor must always have sufficient hydraulic oil, as otherwise the speed is too low and
the compressor will be damaged due to lack of lubrication.
Always set the motor of the joint cutter to maximum speed, then connect the compressor.
Observe the operating manual of the joint cutter!
5.3.
Cleaning Manual Automatic
The extraction comprises a preselection switch, with which the cleaning of the filters can be
changed from manual to automatic.
The manual cleaning of the filters can take place when necessary, but at the latest when the
suction power in the saw blade drops.
