7. Repeat step 1-6 with the remaining curbside bike rack bracket.
8. Once the bike rack bracket is secured onto the chassis frame rails, the Light Bolt-on Bike Rack can be
attached to the bike rack bracket assembly.
9. Lift the bike rack up so that it is perpendicular (Fig. 12A) to the bike rack bracket assembly (Fig. 12B).

10. While supporting the bike rack, insert the 1/2”-13 x 3 1/2” bolt (Fig. 13A) through the 1/2” washer (Fig. 13B),
and the bike rack bracket hole (Fig. 13C).
11. Secure the bolt with an additional 1/2” washer and 1/2” nyloc nut.
12. Lastly, install the 1/2” clevis pin through the remaining vertical hole (Fig. 13D) on both the bike rack
bracket and the bike rack, securing with a hairpin cotter pin.
