15. Maintenance
Note:
Always secure
LIPCO HAS
against tilting during all mainte-
nance and repair work.
Following actions are required to keep the machine in optimum
working condition.
15.1. Hydraulic unit
Check oil level in hydraulic tank:

Maximum oil level approx. mid-
dle of oil level indicator
–
measured in horizontal condi-
tion. (Fig. 11)
Add HLP-HM 46 hydraulic oil, if
missing.

Replace hydraulic oil every 200. - Working hours, but at least 1x
per year. It is recommended to do it at beginning of the season.

Volume:
35 l.
Oil change:
•
Drain used oil via drain plugs
on lower side of oil tank. (Fig.
12)
•
Two drain plugs are available.
(Inner- / outer oil tank)
– for
draining open both.
