Connect Directly To Your Router 

If you are not connected to the internet you still can access your router settings. Connect to your Wi-
Fi name, launch the Linksys app and tap 

Log in with Router Password 

toward the bottom of the 

screen.  You will not be able to access your Linksys Wi-Fi account when not online.
