1. Leave the JP7 OPEN. This step disconnects the EXTV

2. Keep the JP8 at the ON position. The onboard BIAS 

supply output voltage is 12V.

power supply:
1. Leave the JP7 OPEN. 
2. Keep the JP8 at the OFF position. 
3. Apply a DC voltage (<14V) between the EXTV

 and 

GND turret, after the input voltage is established. Ensure
