Installation and Initial Setup Using the Front Panel Interface
Hardware Relay Bypass
LA-5291 includes a hard relay bypass that removes all internal circuits and processes from the signal path and
connects each SDI and AES-3 input directly to its corresponding output.
To toggle the relay bypass on and off, simultaneously press and hold the Left, Down, and Right keys for three
seconds until a red countdown timer appears in the bottom left corner of the display.
Do not confuse this sequence
with the Factory Reset procedure described above.
