TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problem Possible causes Solution
The appliance doesn’t
work. · The temperature control is
set to ‘0’.
· The plug is not fully in the
wall outlet.
· The fuse is blown.
· The wall socket is faulty.
· Set the temperature control
to a number above ‘0’ to
start the appliance.
· Put the plug in the mains.
· Check the fuses.
· Contact an electrician.
The food is too warm. · The temperature is not set
correctly.
· The door has been open a
long time.
· Someone put hot food in the
appliance.
· The unit is close to a heat
source for a short while.
· Set the temperature again.
· Do not open the door longer
than needed.
· Set the temperature lower.
· See the chapter on first use.
The appliance is too
cold. The temperature is set too low. Set the temperature higher.
Unusual sounds. · The appliance is not level.
· The unit it touching a wall or
another object.
· Readjust the adjusting feet
and level the unit.
· Gently move the appliance.
· Contact your repair service.
There is water on the
floor. The condensation duct is
blocked. See the chapter on cleaning.
The side panel is hot. The condensation duct is on this
side. This is normal.
