CONTROL PANEL
Time
· With the top knob, you can set the cooking time by turning the knob. Each position
represents 1 minute. You can set the cooking time for up to maximum 30 minutes.
When the cooking time is over, a bell signal will sound.
· Always set the time to 0 when the machine is not in use.
· The microwave oven will automatically start after the time has been set.
Power
With the lower knob of the control panel, you can set the desired power by turning the knob to one of the
6 positions.
You can consult the table below as a guideline for settings:
Power Output Application
Low 17% Softening ice cream, keep warm
Defrost 37% Thawing
M. Low 40% Softening butter, soup
Med. 66% Stew, fish
M. High 85% Rice, fish, chicken, meat
High 100% Heating up, boiling water, vegetables,
drinks
· The microwave oven will stop working when you open the door. This is a safety feature. The
microwave oven will continue to work again as soon as you close the door.
· When you take food out of the microwave oven, make sure that the oven is off by turning the timer
button to 0. Otherwise, the microwave oven may start to operate empty, which can cause overheating
and damage to the microwave oven.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
· Always make sure you remove the plug from the socket before cleaning the appliance.
· Clean the inside of the appliance after every use with a slightly damp cloth.
· Clean the parts like the grill, the glass turntable,... in warm water with a mild detergent.
· The door, the lock and the control panel can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth when dirty.
PROBLEMS
If you think that the microwave oven is not functioning properly, first consult the instructions below
before contacting a service centre.
PROBLEM POSSIBLE SOLUTION
The microwave oven is causing disruptions to
radio or TV. This is normal. The reception can be disrupted by
the operation of the microwave oven.
