Thank you for purchasing the 50m Cat.6 HDMI 2.0 & IR Extender with PoC. This product has been
designed to provide trouble free, reliable operation. It benefits from both a LINDY 2 year warranty and free
lifetime technical support. To ensure correct use, please read this manual carefully and retain it for future
reference.
The Lindy Cat.6 HDMI 2.0 & IR Extender with PoC is an effective, reliable solution for extending high
quality 4K HDMI signals over distances up to 50m (164.04ft) with standard Cat.5e/6 network cable. The
extender comprises of both transmitter and receiver module, along with a multi-country power supply.
Support for the HDMI 2.0 specification allows for the transmission of highly detailed 4K Ultra HD resolutions
without any compression, while PoC functionality provides the ability to use only one power supply for the
whole system. This power supply is connected via a screw type DC jack providing a more secure reliable
solution, perfect for professional installations where accidental disconnections may occur. For the best
performance and for longer distances, high quality solid core/structured cabling are recommended. Please
see the table below for maximum distances possible based on the resolution and cable type.
