11. PUTTING INTO OPERATION:

1.  Fill the plastic tank with liquid (antifreeze based on monopropylene glycol) up to the over-

flow.

 WARNING:

If you discover a leak, turn off the device. Fix any leaks found on the tubing. If

a leak is found inside the device or you are unsure how to proceed, contact a service centre.

2.  Connect the cooling machine to the tank, see Fig. 7C (diagram of the connection of the coo-

ler to the tank).

3.  Before connecting the mains, make sure that the voltage and frequency corresponds to the

data on the production sticker on the left side of the cooler. If the data matches, connect the

device to the mains.

4.  Press the main switch to position (I) to turn on the cooling unit.

5.  Using a thermostat, set the temperature of the water bath in the plastic tank to the desired

temperature and leave for approx. 30 - 40 min. to cool down.

   NOTE:

For connection use only the fittings and clamps specified by the supplier. Use ca-

librated hoses.

12.  HOW TO WORK WITH SPEED FITTINGS:

12.1  Speed Fittings Installation:

Grasp the speed fitting and insert the hose all

the way inside the speed fitting body (ca. 20

mm). The end of the hose must be straight so

that it plugs fully into the coupling. If the hose

will not go in, moisten the end of the hose.

Hold the grey ring tight against the body of

the speed fitting and pull out the hose.

12.2  Speed Fittings Removal:

 WARNING:

If you do not hold the grey ring but pull at the hose, the speed fitting will cut

even deeper into the hose.

 WARNING:

Hoses must not be pressurised during removal.

 WARNING:

When the pump is switched on, the liquid from the plastic tank will be pumped

into the circuit of external container, therefore it is necessary to add liquid to the plastic tank

before the circuit is completely filled.
