7. Before reassembling the brush holder, confirm the rotor is
pushed up against the engine. The rotor bearing should be inset
of the end of the casting.
8. Reassemble the brush holder assemble and tighten the bolts to
41 in-lbs.
9. Connect leads 200 and 219 to the brush holder.

10. Apply a small amount of “red” Loctite 271 or equivalent to the
threads of the rotor bolt, and assemble the fan and rotor bolt.
Tighten to 50 ft-lbs.
11. Reassemble the case back.
