Setting up
Ensure that drawer pans are located within the brackets on top of the drawer surround.
The wire tray in the bottom of the drawer pan will stop food burning on the bottom.
Pour 3/4 pt. of water into the centre section of water drawer - this will help keep product moist.
Keep anti - surge bars in centre tray, this will help avoid water splashing when opening and closing drawer.
Operation
Plug unit into power supply, green neon will indicate power on.
Switch on the switch - amber neon will indicate power to the element. When amber neon goes off, unit is up
to temperature and ready for use. During operation, amber neon will continue to go on and off as thermostat
monitors temperature and controls element.
Service details
The unit operates on a 1.5 kW element that is pre - set in the factory to hold the air temperature in the cabinet
between 68
°
C and 83
°
C.
Should the thermostat need to be adjusted, access can be gained by removing the black pry - out plug
situated on the control panel next to the neons. The thermostat spindle can then be turned using long nose
pliers.
Should access to the wiring and elements be required, it can be obtained by removing the ventilated inner
base panel above the water drawer.
