INTERNAL EXHAUST GAS FUMES CLEANING
:

At least one per year or every time it’s necessary.
•
The inside cleaning must be done always when the appliance is cold
All the necessary cleaning equipments should be prepared before starting this operations:
UPPER FUME CONVEYER CLEANING
(Fig.2)

Take away the upper plate by lifting it upwards in this way you access to all parts of the
fume conveyer which must be cleaned from the residual of the combustion, using the
proper tools, (hook poker, brush, shovel, …)

Once the cleaning operations have been terminated re assemble the top plate having care
to effect a correct assembly of the different parts.
UNDER OVEN FUME CONVEYER CLEANING
(Fig.3)

Open oven door keep away the base oven lifting it upwards and remove it. After this
operation You have complete access to all parts of the fume conveyer which must be
cleaned from the residual of the combustion, using the proper tools, (hook poker, brush,
shovel, …)

Once the cleaning operations have been finished re-assemble the top plate, paying
attention to the correct assembly of the different parts. Attention to the positioning from
the bent part upwards, see the image Fig.3.
