Keeping one hand

on baby, reach your

ring-side hand

inside the loop of the sling

and guide baby down into

position on your chest.

Pick up baby

and rest him

or her on the

opposite shoulder from

the rings.

Place sling over

head with rings

positioned high

on the shoulder of your

choice.

Making sure

there is plenty of

fabric between

you and baby to make a

pouch, allow baby to sink

into the sling in a

froggy/fetal position. Be

sure to check that baby’s

feet are positioned

comfortably. Continue to

check on baby to make

sure they remain comfort-

able.

Ensure that

baby is secured

and high enough

to kiss easily, with sling

tight enough to support

spine and chin off of chest.

Tighten sling by pulling

across your body. Tighten

small sections along the

width of the sling one at a

time until baby is secure.
