Linearization mode
This parameter activates and sets the linearisation function. See the “6.15

Factory settings
At any time you can return all settings to the factory default values.
Default values are highlighted with grey background in this manual.
WARNING
This action will reset all parameters to factory default values and customised
settings will be lost. After reset you will have to repeat your individual set-up
procedure.
