Text messages
Text messages requires a message centre number, this is normally auto-
matically set on your phone. The number can be obtained from the net-
work operator.
Message centre number
1. Open the applications list and select Settings .
2. Select More settings Connectivity Messages SMS .
3. Select Profile set and if needed tap to modify the number.
Picture messages
Picture messages requires an MMS profile and that both you and the re-
cipient have subscriptions that supports picture messages. The MMS
profile is often pre-installed, if not contact your service provider for
information.
MMS profile
1. Open the applications list and select Settings .
2. Select More settings Connectivity Messages MMS
MMS profile :

If your network operator is shown in the list, select operator and
update the settings if needed.

If your network operator is missing in the list, select Add and en-
ter the needed settings.
3. When done, select Save .
Note! In order to access the Internet and to send and receive picture
messages, you need to have the correct account provider settings. For
some service providers, the account provider has to be selected
manually. See Data connectivity, p.28.
E-mail
Tip: Gmail is always available under Google Apps .
