1. Tools to be used:
2. Make the hole in a ceiling of appropriate diameter.
3. Switch mains power off. Strip the mains power cable according to the figure. Unpack the
luminaire.
4. Connect mains cable to driver's terminals block according to scheme and polarity: "L" - phase
conductor, "N" - neutral conductor, protective cover should be removed beforehand. For "EM"
versions mains cable is connected with following polarity: "L1, N1, , N2, L2" ("L1, N1" - luminaire
supply, "L2, N2" - power wires for constant battery charging).
5. Bend the springs and mount the luminaire in a ceiling niche.
6. Attention! When removing luminaries, it is possible for silicone caps to slip off from springs.
Before following installation these caps should be placed back on springs.
7. For luminaries with backup power supply.
7.1. Connect battery to backup power supply unit of external luminaire’s module (module is linked
with luminaire by a means of cable). When the luminaire is connected to mains for the first time it
is recommended to leave it powered for 2-4 hours for battery recharging.
8. Attention! When luminaire is disconnected from mains power for a long time (more than 7
days) it is necessary to disconnect battery to prevent its discharge.
