Charging with the USB Cable
1. Plug the included USB cable into the
appropriate USB port on your
computer or wall adapter.
2. Attach the Urban to the USB cable,
inserting the plug into the system’s
charging port appropriately.
3. Once the battery is attached to the
USB charger, a flashing red, amber, or
green LED will illuminate on the back of
the Urban indicating the level of charge
for the battery.
4. When the charging indicator LED
remains a constant green, this is an
indication the battery is fully charged.
The Urban will charge from depleted
to full in about 5 hours (6 Hours for the
Urban 550)
Installing the Urban onto
your bike
Your Light & Motion Urban light comes
with a universal bar style mount.
(Helmet mount included with Urban
400 & 550)
To install on your handlebar, determine
the best place on the bar to mount as
close to the stem as possible. Wrap
the Urban strap under and around the
handlebar, pulling it up and over the
mounting post, attaching excess strap
over post.
*For helmet mount: attach by velcro on
front portion of helmet.
Note:
Tighten the strap only enough to
prevent slipping around the bar. Pulling
the strap too tight can eventually cause a
premature failure.
To remove
, simply release the strap from
the locking post.

Normal Operation:
The Light & Motion Urban LED lights all
have one button on the top of the head that
controls power. A brief button push activates
“Cruise” mode where you will find 4 settings:
High, Medium, Low, and Flash. A single click
cycles through each of these settings.
To turn off:
hold button for one second.

Die Steuerung des Lichts wird durch den
Schaltknopf oben auf dem Lampenkopf
vorgenommen. Durch ein kurzes Drücken
des Schaltknopfs leuchtet die Urban auf ihrer
höchsten Lichtstufe. Durch jedes weitere
Drücken stellen sich folgende Leuchtstufen
ein: mittlere, niedrigste Leuchtstufe und
Blinken. Jedes weitere Drücken führt dich
erneut durch diese Lichtstufen.
Ausschalten:
den Schaltknopf eine gute
Sekunde gedrückt halten.

Une brève impulsion active le mode
« Croisière » qui a 4 positions : Pleine
puissance, demi puissance, basse
puissante et lumière clignotante.
Ces modes changent avec un clic
d’interrupteur.
Pour éteindre, presser le bouton pendant une
seconde.

Aufladen mit dem USB Kabel
1. Stecke den USB Stecker in die
entsprechende Steckvorrichtung deines
Computers oder in ein herkömmliches
Ladegerät mit USB Ausgang.
2. Öffne den Gummideckel vorne an
der Unterseite der Urban und stecke
den Micro-USB Stecker ein. Achte
auf die Ausrichtung des Micro-USB
Steckers. Tipp: durch das Drehen
der Lenkerbefestigung um 90° hast
du besseren Zugang zur Micro-USB
Steckvorrichtung.
3. Sobald deine Urban an der Spannung
angeschlossen ist, zeigt die Ladeanzeige
je nach Ladestatus ein blinkendes rotes,
gelbes oder grünes Licht.
4. Sobald die Ladeanzeige ein konstantes
grünes Licht zeigt, ist der Akku
vollständig aufgeladen.
Bei leerem Akku dauert die Aufladung in
etwa 5 Stunden (für 550 etwa 6h).
Charge avec le câble USB
1. Connecter le câble USB (inclus) dans la
sortie USB de votre ordinateur.
2. Connecter votre URBAN au câble
USB en insérant le câble dans la prise
de charge.
3. Lorsque la batterie est connectée
au chargeur USB, une LED clignotante
rouge, orange ou verte s’allume a
l’arrière de l’URBAN indiquant le niveau
de charge de la batterie.
4. Une LED verte constante indique
que la batterie est chargée.
Quand la LED verte s’arrête de clignoter
et reste constante verte, la batterie
est chargée.
Le phare URBAN complètement
déchargé se recharge en environ 5
heures. (6 heures pour la URBAN 550)
Installation deiner Urban am
Lenker
Deine Urban hat eine fixe, universelle
Lenkerbefestigung. (Urban 400 & 550
wird zusätzlich mit Helmhalterung
geliefert, für Urban 200 optional
erhältlich). Befestige deine Urban
möglichst zentral am Lenker indem du
das Gummiband um den Lenker wickelst
und auf der andere Seite in den dafür
vorgesehenen Haken einführst. Sollte
das Gummiband zu lange sein, kannst
du es erneut falten und einhaken. Bringe
den Lichtkegel deiner Urban in die
gewünschte Ausrichtung.
* Für die Helmhalterung: Benutze das
Klettband für die Befestigung am Helm.
Tipp:
Beachte, dass du bei der
Befestigung, das Gummiband nicht
überdehnst. Das Gummiband haftet gut,
so dass deine Urban auch mit einem
leichten Zug ausreichend fixiert ist.
Entfernen: Löse das Gummiband aus
dem Haken.
Montage du phare URBAN sur
votre bicyclette
Votre tête de lampe URBAN est livrée
avec une monture universelle pour
guidon ou casque. ( La monture de
casque est incluse avec la URBAN
400 & 550).
Pour un montage sur le guidon, déterminer
le meilleur placement pour un montage
aussi près que possible du pivot.
* Pour la monture de casque, monter
avec le velcro sur la partie avant du
casque.
Note
: Serrer la sangle suffisamment
pour éviter les glissements sur le guidon.
Attention, la sangle trop serrée pourrait
provoquer une panne prématurée.
Pour démonter, relâcher la sangle.
