that are not covered in this quick start guide. Once you
have mastered these 3 simple steps, we encourage you
to unlock the full potential of your Zoom!

3 Simple Steps to Get Going with ZOOM HRV
1. Press & Hold the ZOOM button to start tracking your HR.
2. Double-Press the ZOOM button to measure your HRV.
3. Triple-Press the ZOOM button to sync to the ZOOM app.

SYNC DATA TO APP
Press the Zoom button for 5 seconds to track your heart
rate during your workout. A green heart icon will illuminate
on your Zoom pod when your workout is active. When you
are finished working out, press and hold the button to stop
and record your workout.
Double-Press the Zoom button quickly to measure your HRV.
A blue heart icon will illuminate on your Zoom pod when a
VScan is active. You must remain still for 3 minutes while
your HRV is being measured. To learn more about HRV,

Open your app, then Triple-Press the Zoom button (quickly)
to sync your stored data to the Zoom HRV App. White LEDs
will move in an arcing motion to let you know your device is
syncing to the app. After you sync, you can view detailed
HRV, heart rate, workout and daily activity stats as well as
your personal rest and recovery recommendations.
*Hint: Press the button with the same speed you would when
double-clicking a mouse to open a file on your computer.
