• Remove the hardware that attaches the Extension Arms to the Backboard. Reverse the steps in Section 4 to carefully
remove the Backboard from the system.

• Being careful of the glass, reverse the steps in Section 6 to remove the rim from the backboard. Set aside the
Rim and all hardware for re-assembly with a replacement backboard.
