Line up the holes in the Split Collar with the holes in the Base Plate. Insert the two (2) 1/4”-20 x 5 1/2” Carriage Bolts
(AZW) through the holes in the Split Collar and out through the Base Plate.
With the holes in the tabs of the Base aligned with the holes in the Pole Assembly, secure the Base Plate to the
Pole Assembly with two (2)
1/4”-20 Nylock Nuts (AZP) . Tighten Nuts securely, but do not overtighten.

Note: You will need to align the holes in the Split Collar with the
holes in the Base Plate.
