This warranty does not apply if the unit has been subject to negligence, alteration, fabrication, misuse, abuse, repairs by

authorized personnel, inappropriate installations, or any case beyond the control of

invalidating this warranty including but are not limited to:

Heater placed on non approved surfaces

Outdoor applications

Normal wear and tear or weathering
Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are normal characteristics of all
wood.

consequential costs, expense or damages. Any implied warranty shall have duration equal of the applicable warranty
stated above. Under no circumstances shall

Please include a copy of your sales receipt showing date of purchase as this will serve as proof of purchase.
Warranty will be VOID if the following warranty card is not mailed back within 60 days of purchase
date along with proof of purchase.
