FULLY CHARGE THE BATTERY
• Ensure the SonicPlus is powered OFF.
• Charge the battery fully (for up to 3
hours) before using the unit for the
first time.
• Connect the AC adapter to the
charging port at the bottom of the
battery/handle.
• Plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
INSERT A MASSAGE ATTACHMENT
• Make sure the SonicPlus is fully
charged and powered OFF.
• Select the desired massage
attachment.
• Insert the stem of the attachment
into the nozzle of the SonicPlus.
• Press the attachment in firmly to
secure it.
• See MASSAGE ATTACHMENT &
SPEED OPTIONS on page 12.

Speed Indicator LEDs
The 5 LEDs indicate
the current vibration
speed selected when
in standard mode.
Auto Mode Indicator LEDs
The 3 LEDs indicate the
current program selected
when in auto mode.
Mode/Speed Button
Press and hold the button for two seconds
to toggle between standard and auto mode.
Tap (short-press) the button to toggle
through the 5 speeds when in standard
mode, or to toggle through the 3 vibration
programs when in auto mode.
Fade-Out Vibration
Decreasing vibration intensity. Great for muscle relaxation and workout recovery.
Crescendo Vibration
Increasing vibration intensity. Great for muscle activation prior to exercise.
Wave Vibration
Alternating vibration intensity. This rolling vibration is great for relaxation.
