Analysis Slides
The Tali
™
Cellular Analysis Slides are disposable slides composed of polylactic acid
(PLA), a low-fluorescence plastic. Each slide holds the sample in two separate,
enclosed chambers (A and B), allowing the analysis of two different samples or
replicates of the same sample. Each chamber has a 25-μL sample capacity. The Tali
™
Image-Based Cytometer captures a series of images (i.e., fields of view) of the
sample in the chamber and then analyzes them using algorithms specific for the
Tali
™
