TRAINING IN BODY FAT PROGRAM MODE:
In STOP mode before training. Press the SELECT button on the computer console or tap
the PROG. (PROGRAM) button on the touchscreen to select body fat program until the
screen displays FAT and F-1 (gender). Press the SPEED UP/SPEED DOWN button on
the computer console or tap SPEED+/SPEED- button on the touchscreen to set user's
gender (01 indicates male and 02 indicates female). Tap the PROG. (PROGRAM) button
on the touchscreen button to confirm the gender and the screen will display F-2 (age).
Press the SPEED UP/SPEED DOWN button on the computer console or tap
SPEED+/SPEED- button on the touchscreen to set user's age. The age range is from 10
to 99 years old. Tap the PROG. (PROGRAM) button on the touchscreen to confirm the
age and the screen will display F-3 (height). Press the SPEED UP/SPEED DOWN button
on the computer console or tap SPEED+/SPEED- button on the touchscreen to set user's
height. The height range is from 100 to 200 cm. Tap the PROG. (PROGRAM) button on
the touchscreen to confirm the height and the screen will display F-4 (weight). Press the
SPEED UP/SPEED DOWN button on the computer console or tap SPEED+/SPEED-
button on the touchscreen to set user's weight. The weight range is from 20 to 150kgs.
Tap the PROG. (PROGRAM) button on the touchscreen to confirm the weight and the
screen will display F-5 (---). Grip the handlebar pulse sensors with both hands for a few
seconds, and the screen will display your body fat percentage.
NOTE:
Body Fat Percentage is an estimate based on the gender, age, height, and weight
input, and is to be used as a guide only.
TRAINING IN FITNESS MODE:
In STOP mode before training. Press the SELECT button on the computer console or tap
the MODE button on the touchscreen to select FITNESS mode until the screen displays
A-30 (age), L-1 (level of maximum heart rate), and 136 (maximum target heart rate).
Press the 14 (Instant Speed) button on the computer console, the A-30 will begin blinking.
Press the SPEED UP/SPEED DOWN button on the computer console or tap
SPEED+/SPEED- button on the touchscreen to set user’s age. The age range is from 18
to 72 years old. Press the 10 (Instant Speed) button on the computer console, the L-1
(level of maximum heart rate) will begin blinking. Press the SPEED UP/SPEED DOWN
button on the computer console or tap SPEED+/SPEED- button on the touchscreen to set
the level of maximum heart rate. L-1 indicates light intensity level, L-2 indicates moderate
intensity level, and L-3 indicates heavy intensity level. Press the 6 (Instant Speed) button
on the computer console, the 136 (maximum target heart rate) wiill begin blinking. You
may press the SPEED UP/SPEED DOWN button on the computer console or tap
SPEED+/SPEED- button on the touchscreen to set your desired maximum target heart
rate (as shown below). Press the START/STOP button on the computer or tap the
