Install Pads
1. Place spring pin on the end of the detent shaft.

2. Thread detent shaft into the kicker assembly.
3. Slide shaft collar and roller pad assembly onto the kicker assembly.

6 Bearing Housing Cap with Hole 1
7 Detent Pin Assembly 1
4. Place retainer plate and bearing housing cap over the detent pin assembly and thread the detent pin assembly
into the kicker assembly.
5. Tighten set screws in the shaft collar to 8-10 ft-lb (10.8-13.5 Nm) using a 4mm Allen wrench.
6. Install screw and washer securing the kicker assembly to the work arm assembly using a 7mm Allen wrench.

4 Washer, 3/8" ID x 1.25" OD 1
Tighten hardware to 20-25 ft-lb (27.1-33.9 Nm).
